At Cup of Joey, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact info]. We will issue a replacement or provide a full refund once the claim is verified.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange unopened coffee for a different roast or grind, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
